Payment

Dividend Warrant/ Interest Warrant
 
To facilitate payment of Corporate dividend/interest to its shareholders/depositors at frequent intervals/specified intervals as may be decided by AGM of the Company. Dividend/Interest can be paid by Paper/Electronic instruments. Dividend can be paid through ECS/RTGS/NEFT/DD-CBS, DD-Non CBS/DW/IFT-CBS/IFT-Non CBS.

Demand Draft Payment
 
Demand draft being a pre-paid Negotiable Instrument, wherein the drawee bank undertakes to make Payment in full when the instrument is presented by the payee for payment. In order to obtain payment, the payee may either present the instrument directly to the branch concerned or have it collected by his /her bank through the clearing mechanism

Internal Fund Transfer Debit/Credit
 
This is an electronic product and can be used in case Customer and beneficiary both have accounts in Allahabad Bank. In IFT Electronic message will be passed to the core banking application online. For IFT-Non CBS a credit advice will be generated branch wise.

Seamless transfer of funds from one branch to another without delays or procedural hassles. This product is ideal for bulk NEFT facility requirements for Corporate customers.

RTGS
 
Transfer of money under this product is available on a "real time" and on "gross" basis. This is the fastest possible money transfer system through the banking channel. Transactions are not subjected to any waiting period and are settled as soon as they are processed.

NECS Debit/Credit
 
This is a facility for payments and credits whereby the institutions have to make large number of payments (such as interest/dividend) similarly debit demand can be raised for recovery of periodic payments due from individuals. This is an ideal product for transactions like periodic (monthly/ quarterly/ half-yearly/ yearly) payments of interest/salary/pension/ commission/ dividend/ refund by companies. Transactions to move from a single user source to a large number of destination account holders can be managed through this service.

Upcountry/ Outstation Cheque Collection
 
Upcountry cheques are collected through participation in the speed clearing managed by RBI at all MICR centers (Available at 100 MICR centers under RBI jurisdiction.) for all cheques drawn on CBS Bank Branches.

The above service is available on clear fund basis where the funds are parted with as and when the realization is received.

This is a product available specially for Corporate customers where the house cheques are directly liquidated after due verification of the drawer’s account details subject to availability of clear funds in all CBS branches.

Post Dated Cheque Collection
 
The post dated cheques deposited in the Banks by customers against loan installments, and corporate clients who have collected cheques in advance from their customers can be managed through CMS. It has an auto-generation mechanism that helps in capturing huge volumes of data which otherwise could be time consuming.

For collection of cheques drawn on locations where the Branches belong to other Banks this product has been designed to take care of such instruments and provide maximum coverage and service through a single relationship.

Liquidity Management

This service is available soon to leverage the art of managing the organisation’s most valuable asset, cash. Liquidity management & tools & techniques help in maximizing returns on proper investments and minimize expenses on fund borrowing. Liquidity Management ensures availability of funds or assurance that funds would be available as and when required. Thus, it provides a robust control and management of the customer’s funds to increase its flow and reduce transaction costs, thereby boosting earnings.

The two products available under this module are SWEEP and POOLING. Under SWEEP product funds can be moved from multiple contributing accounts to a concentration accounts with sweep back facility. The sweep can also be set to maintain a thresh hold balance in fixed amount, multiple or percentage wise. POOLING provides notional pooling of balances and advises the state of liquidity in the system.

Electronic Invoice Presentment and Payment

Electronic Presentment and Payment (EPP), an internet based system, speeds the Account Receivable process by getting invoices to your customers faster and by enabling them to make Payments and resolve disputes electronically. EPP can also strengthen the competitive position in the marketplace by building closer relationships with customers and delivering “interactive” statement inserts electronically.
