Clean Note Policy of Reserve Bank of India

In terms of the Clean Note Policy of R.B.I the following designated branches of our bank are open on selected Sundays for exchange of soiled /mutilated currency notes as per R.B.I guidelines, exchange of Ashoka Pillar series notes and distribution of coins to the customers:

Customers are requested to tender currency notes at bank's counter in unstapled condition only.
Bank will issue clean notes to customer in unstapled condition only. Customer are advised to count & verify the notes before leaving the counter and no claim will be entertained thereafter.
