Scheme to finance exporters for purchase of Showroom/ Place in the Export Mart

The exporter of cottage/handicraft industry product have now an excellent opportunity to have their own mart /show room at The Indian Trade Mart , Greater Noida being set up by the Indian Exposition Mart Ltd (a subsidiary company of The Export Promotion Council for Handicrafts).

ALLBank - EXPO Scheme of the Bank is now before you to finance not only for purchase of the Mart but its furnishing too.

SALIENT FEATURES OF THE SCHEME:

1. TARGET GROUP
   Those Indian Manufactures/Exporters having good track record (average export business of at least Rs 100 Lacs p.a during the last three years) who are registered allotees of the Mart.

2. Loan Amount
   Maximum up to 60.00 Lacs (Loan for furnishing the Mart should not exceed 20% of the cost of Mart.)

3. Margin
   15% of the Project cost.

4. Repayment
   Repayable in 60 equated monthly installments and Repayment will start after 3 months of acquiring the Mart.

6. Upfront Fees
   0.5% of loan amount (no other processing fee)

7. Documentation/Mortgage Charge
   Only actual expenses to be realised.

8. Security

1. Equitable Mortgage of the Mart
2. Personal Guarantee of the proprietor/partners/directors of the firm /co.
3. Tripartite agreement between Bank, Borrower and India Exposition Mart Ltd to record our charge over the property till Equitable Mortgage is created by deposit of title deed.
4. In case of loan for furnishing purpose and /or existing other credit facility being enjoyed by the company or firm, Hypothecation of Furniture & fixtures/ movable goods.
