ALLAHABAD BANK is going to expand its wing outside the India territory

Giving this information, Shri O.N.Singh, Chairman & Managing Director said that the Bank has received permission from Reserve Bank of India to open a full  fledged branch in Hong Kong and a representatives office in China. The respective Monetary Authorities are being approached by the Bank to obtain clearance in this regard.

Shri Singh also said that establishing presence at the major international financial centers like Hong Kong would help the Bank to exploit the opportunities in global development of trade and commerce as also to offer to better services to its domestic customers by creating synergies of operations in domestic and international markets.
