Notice of Tender Inviting Proposal for Rate Contract
for Purchase of
Batteries for UPS
We are in the process of empaneling the
contractors for supply of SMF batteries for UPS installed in the
branches/offices under our Office. The above empanelment will be
valid for the period of one year from the date on which Rate
Contract will come into effect, however rates may be reviewed
once in every three months. Interested parties may submit the
offer to us (along with buy-back option for the old batteries)
in the enclosed proforma on the address as given hereunder by
07.07.2008 upto 5.00 PM in a sealed cover super scribing “Offer
for SMF Batteries”. Offers will be opened on 08.07.2008 at 10.00
AM.

Terms & Conditions:
- Rates quoted should be F.O.R. Branches and offices
across Orissa including installation in the respective UPS.
- No other charges whatsoever may be paid except the VAT
