No advance payment will be made. Final payment will be released after satisfactory completion of job/s. TDS will be deducted as per rules. |
| Security: |
10% of the accepted contract value will be kept as security for 12 months and the same will be released after completion of defect liability period of 12 months and after making necessary adjustments towards the defects, if any. |
| Misc.: |
All the rates shall be quoted in figures as well as in words without fail. The rates quoted in the tender shall be inclusive of all taxes viz. taxes on material or on finished work, VAT, if any, and transportation charges etc. |
