We invite sealed tender from our empanelled contractors under the category of above Rs.one lack to Rs.five lacks only having sound technical and financial capacity on item rate basis for Construction of new counter at our Patna Main branch as the branch has converted into CBS.
In the above context contractor should visit the branch before preparing the estimate/BOQ for construction of counter. The Bank will consider the proposals submitted by only those contractors who will quote the cost of old counter under old items buy back scheme. And all required items must be mentioned separately with full details.
The relative tender papers /forms/BOQ etc may be obtained from Zonal Office Patna. And after completing ,the tender document to be submitted to the Deputy General Manager, Zonal Office, Allahabad Bank, Buddha Marg, Patna Gaya Road, Patna. on or before 24.07.08 at 4.00 PM.
The sealed tender will be opened on 25.07.08 at 11.00am in presence of the contractor or his representative who wish to be present at the time of opening. Time for completion of works is 15 days on allotment.
The bank will not be bound to accept the lowest tender and reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
