We invite sealed tender from our empanelled contractors having sound technical and financial capacity on item rate basis for the works as mentioned below:--
1. Shifting of partition /Cabins/Chambers etc with furniture itemsfrom our Field Inspection Office,Khajpura, Patna to Our Exhibition Road branch patna.
2. Construction / Erection of Chambers /cabins as per requirement /available space at our Exhibition Road branch by using the existing materials .
3.Erecting partition between FIO AND Exhibition Road branch.
3. Some other works as per requirement on the spot.
Contractor should visit our Exhibition Road Branch /FIO to get full ideas about the requirement.
Contractor may get the relative format/tender paper from Our Zonal Office , At- Budha Marg,Patna Gaya Road,Patna.
The tender document may be submitted to the Deputy General Manager, Zonal Office, Allah bad Bank, Buddha Marg, Patna Gaya Road, Patna. on or before 29.07.08 at 4.00 PM.
The sealed tender will be opened on 30.07.08 at 4.00 PM in presence of the contractor or his representative who wish to be present at the time of opening. Time for completion of works is 15 days on allotment.
The bank will not be bound to accept the lowest tender and reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
