Notice inviting offers from empanelled Architectural firm for Renovation/face-lifting of Executive Chambers, Auditor’s Rooms, other Departments, toilet etc. at ground floor and Mezzanine floors of Head Office Building at 2, N.S.Road , Kolkata
The scope of services includes planning, designing, Estimating, preparation of tender papers, giving recommendation of tenders received, supervision and certification of contractors bill as per IBA guidelines.
The offer mentioning total consultancy fee for the above services as % of estimated cost or actual cost of work which ever is lowest with all requisite credentials shall be submitted in a sealed cover at Premises department, Head Office, 2 N.S.Road, Kolkata on or before 30.07.08, 3 PM. The offers will be opened at 3.30 PM on 30.07.08 .
The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all application without assigning any reason whatsoever.
