Premises required.

Bank desires to engage a premises on rent having around 1,500 Sq.ft. carpet area preferably on ground floor in the following locality for opening it's Branch:-

The offers are invited in two bid system - Technical Bid & Financial Bid.

Interested parties (except brokers) may obtain the prescribed format of technical bid (Annex-1) & financial bid (Annex-2) from the undernoted Office (between 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. from Monday to Friday & 10.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. on Saturday) upto 28.07.2008

The duly filled in offer completed in all respects should be submitted in separate sealed covers marked "Technical Bid" & "Financial Bid" & superscribing "Offer for Arambagh Branch Premises" on top and name, address & contact No. of the offerer at bottom left corner & should be addressed to

The last date of submission of completed application form in separate sealed cover in two part (Technical & Financial Bid) is 31.07.2008 upto 5.00 p.m.

The techinical bid shall be opened on next working day at 3.00 p.m.  & date of opening of financial bid will be intimated to short listed offerer subsequently.

The Bank reserves right to cancel any or all tenders and stop the process at any point of time without assigning any reason or notice whatsoever.
