Sealed item rate tenders are invited from bank’s empanelled civil contractors for internal painting of 72 nos Bank’s flats in FF & GG blocks in ASHABARI Complex at Baisnabghata, Patauli Township, Kolkata. . Tender documents may be collected from and submitted to the Bank’s Premises Deptt., Head office 2, N.S.Road Kolkata, 700 001 as per following programme:

Issue of tender document	From: 24.07.08 to 05.08.2008 during working hours of the Head office.
Earnest money deposit	Rs 10,000/ in form of Banker’s cheque/DD favoring Allahabad bank payable at Kolkata
Time of completion	45 days
Submission of tender	On 06.08.08 up to 1500 hrs
Opening of tender	On 06.08.08 at 1530 hrs
Validity of tender	90 days
Liquidated damages for delay	1% of the accepted contracted value per week and part thereof subject to maximum of 10 % of the accepted contracted amount accrual of which entitles the bank to rescind the contract.
Payment terms:	No advance payment will be made. Running bills may be paid after production of bill value of minimum 3 lacs. 10% retention amount will be deducted from the bill for six months from the date of virtual completion. Final payment after completion of satisfactory completion of work will be released.
