Bank desires to engage a premises on rent having 1500 sq.ft to 1800 sq.ft. carpet area preferably on ground floor with parking facility in KAKINADA municipal area (East Godavari Dist., Andhra Pradesh ) for shifting its existing branches.
The offers are invited in two bid system. Technical Bid & Financial Bid.
Interested parties (except brokers) may obtain the prescribed format of technical bid (Annexure-1) and financial bid (Annexure-2) from Allahabad Bank’s KAKINADA branchor its Zonal Office, , Hyderabad (between 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. from Monday to Friday and 10 a.m. ton 2 p.m. on Saturday upto 10th July, 2008.
The duly filled in offer completed in all respects in separate sealed covers marked ‘Technical Bid’ and ‘Financial Bid’ and superscribing ‘ Offer for KAKINADA Branch Premises’ on top and name, address and contact no. of the offerer at bottom left corner should be addressed to

The last date of submission of completed application form in separate sealed cover in two parts (Technical & Financial Bid) is 12th July, 2008 upto 5.00 p.m.. The offer shall be dropped in the box kept for the purpose at the premises of Zonal office at Allahabad Bank, Zonal Office, Himayatnagar Main Road, Hyderabad. The offers can also be sent by registered post to the above address so as to reach by 12th July, 2008 .
The technical bid of offer shall be opened on next working day at 3 p.m. and date and time of opening of financial bid will be intimated to short listed offerer subsequently .
The Bank reserves right to cancel any or all the tenders and stop the process at any point of time without assigning any reason or notice whatsoever.
