Allahabad Bank seeks alternate premises of 2000 sq ft on rent for its Trichy branch (180 sq metres approximately) area on Ground Floor only in Ward no II of Srirangam Muncipality Town, Thimmaraya Samundram Village.  Interested parties having clear title to the property may send their offers in TWO SEPARATE COVERS VIZ (A) Technical Bid detailing location with approved plan, carpet area, year of construction, availability of basic amenities, availability of free parking space type of structure etc (B) Financial Bid quoting expected rent per month, rent advance, period of lease, renewal terms, advance required for construction if any etc.  Both the envelopes are to be put in a single sealed cover and addressed to:
