Sealed quotations are invited from quality printers to undertake Printing Job work for printing of Outdoor Publicity medium like flex/ vinyl of the Bank in the format - Annexure B (Technical Bid) and Annexure – C (Commercial Bid) appended herewith. Both Annexure B & C must be duly filled and sealed in separate envelopes super scribed – “TECHNICAL BID” or “COMMERCIAL BID”. The printers must have a minimum 2 years experience in the field with modern technology to meet Bank’s day to day Publicity requirements.

The printers must fulfill the following criteria and follow the procedure mentioned below.

1. Experience of at least 2 years in Outdoor Publicity Medium Printing Job.
2. Preferably, the printer should have handled printing job of at least 2 Public Sector Banks/ Undertakings/ Big Corporate Houses within last one year.
3. Must have full fledged Office/ Workshop/ Printing Press in Kolkata with a minimum Annual Turnover of Rs.50 Lac during current/ previous financial year.
4. Must have proper infrastructure to deliver high quality printed material at a very short notice on a priority basis.
5. Must have Vat Registration Number and Income Tax PAN Number.
6. Performance Security amount of Rs.10000/= in the form of Fixed Deposit Receipt (FDR) favouring Allahabad Bank A/C ______________________________ (name of bidder/ firm) issued by any Kolkata based Branch of Allahabad Bank must be submitted alongwith Technical Bid (Annexure B) in respect of Bid for printing of Flex only and not for Vinyl.
7. The Technical Bid (Annexure B) and Commercial Bid (Annexure C) shall be submitted in separate envelopes and Super-scripted “Technical Bid” or “Commercial Bid” on respective envelopes. Both the bids will be submitted together in a single sealed envelope.
8. The matter will be displayed on Website for 3 weeks.
9. The last date for receipt of Sealed Tender is 25th April’08
10. The sealed quotation will be opened on 26th April’08 at 11.00 A.M.

The quotations complete in all respect should be addressed to The Asstt. General Manager (Marketing & Publicity), Allahabad Bank, Head Office, 2, N S Road, Kolkata – 1 and submitted between 11.00 AM and 3.30 PM from 5th to 25th April’08 (excluding Bank holidays). Please enclose proof/ certificate for points nos i, ii, iii and v above.

The submission of quotation does not in any way constitute guarantee for enlistment. The Bank will not give any reason whatsoever for enlistment or otherwise and the Bank’s decision in this regard will final and binding.
