Addendum to RFP No.- HO.SEC:MACHINE: 2008-:01 dated 09.05.2008

As a consequence of Pre Bid meeting held on 04.06.2008 as per RFP requirement, the following amendments & additions to RFP no. HO.SEC: MACHINE: 2008-:01 dated 09.05.2008 are incorporated.

I. Amendments:

1. Page 7 Clause 4.1 Point vii- BID Documents

Existing:
Software Details including version, OS requirements
(To be furnished strictly as per format provided in the RFP)

Amendment:
The format is provided as under:

2. Page 41 Clause 3.1 ,point (i) Repair and Maintenance Services

Existing:
The Company shall conduct preventive maintenance (including but not exhaustive to inspection, testing satisfactory execution of all diagnostics, cleaning and removal of dust and dirty from the interior and exterior of the equipment and necessary repairing of the equipment)once at least in every 15 days in addition to the normal maintenance required as per this agreement, during the currency of this agreement, on a day and at a time to be mutually agreed upon, Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company recognizes Allahabad Bank's operational needs and agrees that Allahabad Bank shall have the right to require the Company to adjourn Preventive Maintenance from any scheduled time to a date and time, not later than fifteen working days thereafter.

The company shall conduct preventive maintenance (including inspection, testing, satisfactory execution of all diagnostics, cleaning and removal of dust and dirt from the interior and exterior of the equipment) once at least in every 90 days in addition to be normal maintenance required as per this agreement

Amendment: (Revised)
The company shall conduct preventive maintenance (including inspection, testing, satisfactory execution of all diagnostics, cleaning and removal of dust and dirt from the interior and exterior of the equipment) once at least in every 30 days in addition to be normal maintenance required as per this agreement.
