Payment terms: |
No advance payment will be made. However,R/A bills may be accepted/ paid for partly completion of works.
10% retention amount will be deducted from the bill for six months from the date of virtual completion.
Final payment after completion of satisfactory completion of work will be released. TDS will be deducted as per rules. |
The bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders with out assigning any reasons whatsoever.
