Premises Required at Faizabad
Bank desires to engage premises on rent having around 140 Sqm (1500sq.ft.) carpet area preferably on ground floor in following localities for shifting of Branches as per follow:-
i)Faizabad
ii) SP Dental College Lucknow(between Telibagh and SGPGI LKO)
The offers are invited in two bid system (Technical Bid & Financial bid).
Interested parties (except brokers) may obtain the prescribed format of technical bid (Annex-1) and financial bid (Annex –3) from Allahabad Bank’s Zonal Office Lucknow (between 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. from Monday to Friday and 10.00AM to 2.00 PM on Saturday) up to-28.05.2008
The duly filled in offer completed in all respect in separate sealed covers marked “Technical Bid” & “Financial Bid” and superscribing “ Offer for Faizabad/SP Dental CollegeLko Branch Premises” on top and name , address & contact no of the offerer at bottom left corner should be addressed to

The last date of submission of completed application form in separate sealed cover in two part (Technical & Financial Bid ) is 29.05.2008 up to 5.00PM.The offer shall be dropped in the box kept for the purpose at the premises of Zonal Office New Building Hazratganj Lucknow on or before 29.05.2008 upto 5.00PM .
The technical bid of offer shall be opened on next working day at 5PM and date of opening of financial bid will be intimated to short listed offerer subsequently.
The Bank reserves right to cancel any or all tenders and stop the process at any point of time without assigning any reason or notice whatsoever.
