Invitation Of Quotation for Customer Service Survey

Allahabad Bank intends to undertake a customer service survey at select centres through an independent agency.

Salient features of Survey to be conducted are as under:

  • The survey will be conducted in 10 centers viz. Agra, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Kanpur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Ludhiana, Mumbai and New Delhi

  • Survey is to be conducted at 5 (Five) branches in each centre.

  • The sample size will be of about 50 customers per branch. The sample would consist of at least 30 customers belonging to the retail segments from various categories viz. SB, FD, senior citizens, illiterate customers etc. and the remaining 20 belonging to HNI or corporate categories.

  • The survey is to be conducted by interacting with customers at the branch premises and in respect of corporate/ HNI clients, who normally do not visit the branches, the feedback are to be gathered at their offices/ residences.

  • The survey will cover inter-alia the following areas by means of structured questionnaire:

  • Quality of Services

  • Product offerings

  • Staff Approach

  • Infrastructure Availability

  • Bank’s image in the market

  • The entire process of Customer Service Survey, including submission of the reports by the agency is to be completed within 30.06.2008. An executive of the agency undertaking the survey will have to present the survey reports to the Committee members of the Standing Committee on Customer Service of the Bank.

Interested agencies fulfilling the following criteria are requested to summit quotatiaon in a sealed envelope super scribed “Quotation for Customer Service Survey” within 5.00 PM of 05.06.2008 together with the cost structure, credentials and other statutory particulars supported with relevant testimonials.

Criteria for Agency to fulfill for conducting Survey:

1. Should be in such activities for more than two/three years.

2. Should have conducted similar type of Survey for a Public Sector Unit, Public Sector Bank or Financial Institution of repute.

Further to our Tender Notice inviting quotation on Customer Service Survey the following clause

“ The entire process of Customer Service Survey, including submission of the reports by the agency is to be completed within 30.06.2008.”

should be read as under:

“ The entire process of Customer Service Survey, including submission of the reports by the agency is to be completed within 60 days from the date of placing the order by the Bank.”
