Premises required for opening of New branches
at Surendranagar and Palanpur in Gujarat

Bank desires to engage a premises on rent having around 1500 sq. ft. carpet area preferably on ground floor in following localities for opening it's Branch/Office:-

SURENDRANAGAR & PALANPUR

The details may be collected from Bank's Zonal Office Or can be downloaded.
The last date of submission of application in sealed cover on prescribed format is 28.04.2008.

For branches our preference are on the ground floor with sufficient parking place is required at Ground Floor.

The offers are invited in two-bid system Technical Bid & Financial Bid.

Interested parties (except brokers) may obtain the prescribed format of technical bid (Annex-4) and financial bid (Annex-6) along with carpet area for commercial building- rentable area (Annexure-5) from the under noted office/Branch as specified above (between 10.30 A.M. to 5.30 P.M. from Monday to Friday and 10.30 A.M. to 2.30 P.M. on Saturday).

The duly filled offer completed in all respect in separate sealed covers marked "Technical Bid" & "Financial Bid" and super scribing the name of the branch where offer has been made.

The last date of submission of completed application form in separate sealed cover in two part (Technical & Financial Bid) is 28.04.2008 up to 5.00 P.M.

The offer shall be dropped in the box kept for the purpose at the premises of The General Manager, Allahabad Bank, Zonal Office, Navin House/2nd. Floor, C.G.Road, Navarangpura, Ahmedabad - 380006 on or before 28.04.2008 up to 5.00 P.M.

The technical bid of offer shall be opened on next working day at 5 PM and date of opening of financial bid will be intimated to short listed offerer subsequently.

The Bank reserves right to cancel any or all tenders and stop the process at any point of time without assigning any reason or notice whatsoever.
