Premises required

Bank desires to engage a premises on rent having around 2000 sq. feet carpet area preferably on ground floor with parking facility in following localities for opening its Branch / Office: -

"Lasudia Mori, Dewas Naka, A. B. Road, Indore (MP)"

The offers are invited in two bid system Technical Bid & Financial Bid.

Interested parties (except brokers) may obtain the prescribed format of Technical Bid (Annexure-1) and Financial Bid (Annexure-2) from Allahabad Bank, Lasudia Mori, Dewas Naka, MGC Compound, A. B. Road, Indore (M.P.) Office/Branch (between 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. from Monday to Friday and 10.00 AM to 2.00 PM on Saturday) upto 02-06-08

The duly filled in after completed in all respect in separate sealed covers marked "Technical Bid" and "Financial Bid" and super scribing "Offer for Lasudia Mori, Dewas Naka, A. B. Road, Indore (M.P.) Branch / Office Premises" on top and name, address and contact no. of the offerer at bottom left corner should be addressed and sent to the above mentioned address.

The last date of submission of completed application form in separate sealed cover in two part (Technical and Financial Bid) is 02-06-08 upto 5.00 PM. The offer shall be submitted at the above mentioned address on or before 02-06-08 upto 5.00 PM.

The Technical bid of offer shall be opened on next working day at 3.00 PM and date of opening of financial bid will be intimated to short listed offerer subsequently.

The bank reserves right to cancel any or all tenders and stop the process at any point of time without assigning any reason or notice whatsoever.
