Bank desires to engage a premises on rent having around 1500 sq.ft carpet area preferably on ground floor in following localities for opening it`s Branch/Office:-

1. P.G. Collge, Ghazipur Branch ( In Gora Bazar area)

2. Collectorate, Azamgarh (Between Civil Lines to Chowk )

The offers are invited in two bid system Technical Bid & Financial bid). Interested parties (except brokers) may obtain the prescribed format of technical bid (Annex-4) and financial bid (Annex –6) from concerned Branch (between 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m from Monday to Friday and 10.00AM to 2.00 PM on Saturday) up to 13.05.2008

The duly filled in offer completed in all respect in separate sealed covers marked “Technical Bid” & “Financial Bid” and superscribing “ Offer for concerned Branch Premises” on top and name , address & contact no of the offerer at bottom left corner should be addressed to

The last date of submission of completed application form in separate sealed cover in two part (Technical & Financial Bid ) is 20.05.2008 up to 5.00PM.The offer shall be dropped in the box kept for the purpose at the premises of Zonal Office Allahabad Bank, Taksal Theatre Building, Nadesar, Varanasi on or before 20.05..2008 up to 5.00PM .
The technical bid of offer shall be opened on next working day at 3PM and date of opening of financial bid will be intimated to short listed offerer subsequently.

The Bank reserves right to cancel any or all tenders and stop the process at any point of time without assigning any reason or notice whatsoever.
