Notice of Tender inviting proposal for Rate Contract for Electrode Earthing

We are in the process to empanel the contractors for electrode earthing in the branches/offices of our field office. The above empanelment will be valid for the period of one year from the date on which RC will come into effect, however rates may be reviewed once in six month. Interested contractors may fill the enclosed proforma and submit to us on the address as given hereunder by 12.05.2008 in a sealed cover super scribing “Quotation for electrode earthing”. Quotations will be opened on 13/05/2008 at 2.00 PM, bidders may attend the process of finalization of Rate Contract.
